Street Lights Owned

The borough of Kane now owns the new streets lights on Fraley Street.
Borough Manager Patrick Nuzzo says it will be "cheaper" for the borough to
own its lights and pay for the electricity through meters.
Before the borough bought the lights, they were owned by Allegheny Power.
