Commissioners Urge Residents to apply for LIHEAP

As things cool off and winter gets moving, McKean County Commissioners have
expressed concern about heating bills for many local residents. Officials
urge local residents who may be eligible to apply for Low Income Heating and
Energy Assistance. Applications are being accepted until March 23. Paperwork
is available at the county Assistance office.
