Man Mistaken For Deer

The man killed in Venango County alongside the road has been identified.
State Police say the body was left as passing motorists mistook the body for
that of a roadkill deer.

Police say Jason Knight - was in another accident before being hit by a car
along State Route 157 in Pine Grove Township.

They say Knight left the crash scene on foot, and walked five miles before
he was struck by a Jeep Cherokee.

Police are still investigating the details in the death.
