Bradford Man Moves in to Vacant House

A Bradford man was sentenced to two years probation.

39-year-old Calvin Teeters was sentenced for stealing 2 thousand dollars
worth of services.

In the courtroom yesterday Teeter admitted to finding an empty house on
Susquehanna Road, and then just moving in, and turning on the utilities.
After occupying the house, Teeter refused to pay the utilities.

He lived at the vacant home from April of 2003 until September of 2004.
