Port A. Man Gets Jail Time

A Port Allegany man will get 90 days to 2 years for a third DUI conviction
in less than ten years.

Judge John Yoder says the local court system can't rehabilitate him locally.
SO after serving time in the state pen, he'll be paroled to a half way
house, so that as Yoder says, he can get some help.
