Portville Water Shut Down For Deadbeats

Portville is shutting off the water. Residents with overdue water and sewer
bills will see their taps run dry as officials act on what they've been
saying for some time now. It's not fair for paying customers to subsidize
the bills of those who don't pay. Some residents are already heading out to
pay up.
