PortVille Man Cleared

The trial of a Portville man accused of fondling a 13-year-old girl has been
postponed.

Richard Treusdell's trial was set to start Wednesday, but he hired a new
attorney who has been given time to familiarize herself with the case.

Treusdell is accused of trying to take the girls blouse and bra off last
August.

Treusdell pleaded innocent and is free on his own recognizance.
