A Bradford man will spend a year in jail for impersonating a police officer.
40-year-old David Hallock pulled over a car on January 17 after he was cut
off in traffic. Hallock told the other driver he was a police officer. He
then became unruly and attacked Officer Todd McClain, and kicked out a
window in the patrol car.

DA John Pavlock says Hallock's behavior was bizarre and scary.
