Moscato Named Commish of the Year

Cameron County Commissioner Tony Moscato was named commissioner of the year at this year’s Pennsylvania Commissioners Convention. Moscato was presented the award Wednesday. He was named for the honor because of his recent ideas to consolidate the county into one government. State officials stand in support of the deal.
