Former Port Resident Accused of Indecent Assault... Again

A Previous sex offender in Bradford was arraigned Wednesday in District Judge Chris Hauser’s office on new sexual assault charges.

 

24-year old Daniel Dehaven is charged with stalking, indecent assault and terroristic threats for alleged incidents in August and September involving a male juvenile.

 

Dehaven was jailed McKean County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

He’s listed on the Megan’s Law website for a previous aggravated indecent assault conviction in 2003.
