Look Out For Deer

The Game Commission is advising motorists to look out for deer while traveling on area roadways. This time of year typically marks an increase in accidents involving white-tails.

PGC Executive Director Vern Ross sas that deer are moving about more during the rut.

A preoccupation with the opposite sex can apparently make deer more vulnerable to traffic.

Just before Sunrise and Sundown are the vital times to watch for deer on the roadway.
