Airport Project Underway

Work has begun on the water and sewer line project in Lafayette Township.

Chivers Constructon is laying line for water and sewer to the Bradford Regional Airport.

The Lafayette Township Water Authority, along with the Bradford City Water Authority are working with the federal government to fund the 1.5 million dollar project.

DEP permit issues have delayed the project several times. Workers can lay 500 feet a day. The project may have to be completed in the spring.
