The records of the Seneca Highlands Intermediate Unit 9 is in compliance with state regulations. Auditor General Jack Wagner says the organiation successfully made it through an audit. All of Pennsylvanias school district and educational agencies are undergoing audits to be sure that internal financial controls are working properly
