Smethport Woman Appears In Court

A 43-year old Smethport woman, Theresa VanSkiver was sentenced in McKean County Court today in front of Judge John Yoder, to one year probation and to pay restitution to CYS for using an Exxon gas card, she also took 6 gift cards belonging to CYS. In other court matters, Geromia Schoonover has charges of simple assault, theft, violation of Megan’s Law and numerous other violations against him. Sentencing will be on September 15th.
