DCNR Secretary To Appear in Smethport

The Secretary of the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources
will speak at the annual Smethport Area Chamber of Commerce Dinner at the
end of the month.
Michael DiBerardinis will speak on January 31 at the Smethport Country Club.
