Leber and Easton Face Off Today

There's a hearing today in Potter County Court to dismiss district attorney
Jeff Leber's motion to have District Judge Annette Easton disqualified.

Easton's attorney Sam Stretton says he doesn't believe it's proper for Judge
John Leete to hear Leber's motion.

Leber is asking for Easton to be disqualified from hearing most criminal
matters, alleging that she has a list of police officers who have reported
her for misconduct, and that she calls Leber The Evil One
