A Port Allegany man was arraigned Wednesday on charges of recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. 50-year old Lindy Trimm was arraigned after an incident Tuesday evening when Trimm allegedly carried a handgun around the residence and yard of a neighbor and threatened to shoot himself. Trimm was allegedly intoxicated during the incident and drove away. He was stopped by police later and was also charged with terroristic threats and driving under the influence of alcohol. Trimm was sent to McKean County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
