McKean County Commissioner John Egbert says the plan to ire a new leader of
Emergency services is on hold. Egbert says 19 candidates are being
considered for the job, ad commissioners could not come to a consensus.
Egbert says they might wait a year before hiring. The Pennsylvania Emergency
Management Agency recommended the county have one Emergency organization,
with a director of both 911 and emergency services.
