Olean Murder Faces Grand Jury

The Olean man charged with last weeks fatal stabbing of Kurtis Billingslea
will have his case presented before a Grand Jury.

29 year old Tyrone Malone waived his right to a preliminary hearing
Thursday. As of yet, no date for the grand jury to hear the case has been
set, as the case is still under investigation.

Witnesses reportedly heard several voices at the time and location of the
murder. Police only released one suspect, and it's not clear if any other
suspects are sought in the case.
