George Petrizek's Port Allegany Police Report (readable at www.portallegany.net) contained this information. I have not been able to reach Port Allegany Police yet to find out the name of the Roulette man.

Friday, a man from Roulette was charged with harassing a female juvenile in Port Allegany.

Monday's only call was from the mother of the girl harassed Friday, who wanted to know what police were doing about the harasser.
