Well, we;ve got some exciting additions to the site. We've added a new section called "People Profiles". Sometimes short, sometimes long, the profiles are a look at Roulettians past and present, living and long gone. Do you know someone we should feature in our people profile? Do you have a people profile you'd like to submit? just email us at hatcher@localnet.com

Skaters demonstrate their skills at a fundraiser for the Roulette Skate Park Comittee. The comittee has approval from Township Supervisors to build a skate park in the fenced in park on the corner of School and North Streets (seen behind skater). Currently, the comittee is applying for grants from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. One of the grants is a matching grant, and the skate park planners will need to raise a significant chunk of money to begin construction next year.

State Police say a 12 year old juvenile was apprehended and charged with retail theft after they recieved a call from Mac's Country Store in Roulette. Apparently the male juvenile was caught on October 3rd at around 1 PM stealing a pack of Swisher Sweets Cigars.
State Police adhere to a policy in which they do not release the names of any juveniles in their press reports.

Just so you know, this is now set up so that anyone can comment on the stories and posts.

We'll try it on a limited basis. If people get out of hand, we'll turn this feature off.
