In a major faux pau, an Ohio jail freed a Potter County criminal without a proper extradition back to Potter County. 37-year-old Gregory Jadlowski spent time in a prison in Elkton Ohio for a federal crime, and was supposed to be extradited back to Potter County to serve an additional sentence for six felony charges and various drug charges. The fault lies in the extradition paperwork, which was not filed in enough time to get it to Ohio.
